How the Program Works

We've designed the onboarding process to be as efficient as the portal itself:

  1. Program Selection: You identify a corporate client with recurring product needs and work with us to select the qualifying Pelucida products.
  2. Portal Activation: We enable the Distributor Portal “store”, unlocking the ability to add these specific items to a digital cart.
  3. Seamless Fulfillment: You place the orders through the portal as your client’s needs arise. We produce the products to your exact specifications and ship them according to your instructions.

If you have a client with ongoing recognition needs, our Distributor Portal program is the most efficient way to manage that volume.

  • Is this a public-facing store?
    No. This is a "logged-in only" experience. Your client and the general public will not see this private section. The ordering tools are reserved exclusively for you.
  • Can I manage multiple different corporate programs?
    Yes. We can configure your account to handle different product mixes for different clients, keeping your various programs organized under one login.
  • Who handles the personalization data?
    As the dealer, you provide the engraving or etching details during the digital checkout process, ensuring you maintain full control over the final product's look and message.
  • Will I receive an Art Proof before production of my order?
    You will have the option of asking for an art proof before finalizing your order. Please note that generating a proof will add an estimated 2 business days to your overall order delivery timeline.
